System
- To ensure, maintain and continuously improve the quality, environmental, safety and health performance, management system based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Standard requirements.

Responsibilities

- Proactive and respond to any potential nonconformities, incident and emergency situations.

Productivity
- Enhance productivity through optimization of manufacturing process, reduction of defect through Kaizen, QCC and 5S activities, reduction of waste through recycling activities, safe and healthy operation by applying proper risks control such as PPE.
